No advertising identifiers

We do not use IDFA, integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, or track you across companies.

Core clock data stays on device

First-party analytics and recommendations only

Minimized installation, device-environment, and usage events help us improve the product and measure recommendations for our apps.

Super Flip Clock Privacy Policy

This English version expresses the same policy as the separate Chinese version. If the two versions are interpreted differently, the Chinese version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to Super Flip Clock version 2.9 and later, including its first-party usage analytics and cross-app recommendation features. The app is provided by Shenzhen Baole software Co.,Ltd., operating under the BaoleSoft brand (“BaoleSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy does not govern services independently provided by Apple or other third parties. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we process

After you allow the relevant analytics feature, the app sends the following minimized information to our first-party service at baolesoft.com:

Category What it includes Main purpose
Random installation identifier A random UUID (installation_id) generated for this app by our analytics component and stored in the Keychain. It is not an account ID, IDFA, or IDFV, and is not shared across our apps. Because it is stored in the Keychain, it may remain after the app is uninstalled. A server-issued device token is also kept in the Keychain, while the server stores only its hash. Distinguish installations, calculate activity and retention, process deletion requests, and avoid duplicate counts.
Product interaction and lifecycle First open, launch, foreground, background, and usage duration, together with event name and time, a random event ID, and a session ID. Understand usage, activity, and retention and improve the experience.
Our app recommendation events Impressions, clicks, and opens of recommendation cards, along with placement, campaign ID, source app, and destination app. Whether an app is installed is checked only on the device and is not uploaded as an event field. Present and measure recommendations for apps from the same developer.
Device and app environment Device model, operating-system version, platform, app/SDK/schema versions, language, region setting, and time zone. A region setting is not GPS or precise location. Compatibility analysis, troubleshooting, and aggregate reporting.
Network and security information When you connect, our server necessarily receives an IP address and standard HTTP information at the network layer. These are not included in the app’s analytics event content. The server may retain access records as needed for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Transmit data and maintain the security and availability of the service.
Information you provide If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and anything else you choose to provide. Respond to support, privacy-rights, or deletion requests.

Through this analytics service, we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, audio, precise location, health data, payment-card details, IDFA, or timer content and personalized text that you enter in the app.

3. Information that stays on your device

Clock themes, colors and display preferences, dual-screen clock settings, date and battery-display preferences, and timer-related content are stored locally and are not uploaded through our analytics service. The dual-screen clock reads system time, date, and device battery status only to display them on screen.

If you use notifications or in-app purchases, permissions, transactions, and payments are handled by Apple system services. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

4. How we use information

We use collected information only to:

  • measure first opens, activity, usage duration, retention, and similar product metrics;
  • understand compatibility and usage across device models, system versions, languages, and region settings;
  • plan, test, and improve Super Flip Clock’s features, themes, and experience;
  • present other apps from the same developer and measure recommendation impressions, clicks, and opens;
  • secure our interfaces, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to requests; and
  • comply with applicable law.

5. Our app recommendations are not cross-company tracking

Cross-app recommendations promote only apps offered by the same developer. Recommendation configuration comes from our first-party service, while recommendation images are bundled in the app. The app may check locally whether another BaoleSoft app is installed so it can show “Open” or “View”; that result is not uploaded as an analytics parameter.

We do not use IDFA, share your installation identifier across our apps, or link this information with another company’s apps, websites, or offline information for advertising targeting or measurement. We do not sell personal information or provide it to data brokers.

6. Disclosure and processors

We operate the analytics and recommendation service under baolesoft.com. We do not disclose information linked to an installation except in these limited cases:

  • Infrastructure providers: server, network, or security providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and subject to contractual and confidentiality obligations;
  • Apple: Apple independently processes information when you open the App Store, use system notifications, or complete a purchase;
  • Law and safety: where required by applicable law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, us, or the service; and
  • Business changes: in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to legally required notice and continued protection.

7. Your choices and rights

Where applicable law or platform rules require prior consent, we ask for your consent before enabling analytics. Declining or stopping analytics does not affect the app’s core clock functions.

  • You can use privacy or analytics controls offered in the app to stop future analytics, if your installed version provides such a control;
  • you can email us at any time to ask us to stop collection or to request an explanation, copy, or deletion of information associated with the random installation identifier;
  • you can ask us to correct or delete information you voluntarily provided in support correspondence; and
  • you may complain to your local supervisory authority, although we invite you to contact us first so we can address the issue promptly.

Because we do not create user accounts, we generally cannot locate app analytics information using only a name or email address. To protect other people’s privacy, we may ask you to use an in-app deletion mechanism or provide limited information sufficient to verify the relevant installation. We respond within a reasonable period or the period required by law.

8. Retention and deletion

  • Queued analytics events that have not yet been uploaded may remain on the device for up to 90 days;
  • raw production analytics events are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted by a periodic cleanup process; statistics derived from those events are retained for the necessary periods described below;
  • installation records and activity statistics derived from them are kept only while needed for the purposes in this policy, or until we process a valid deletion request;
  • network-security and access logs are kept only as needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal requirements; and
  • after deletion, we may retain a minimized deletion-audit or security record that does not contain the original event content, to demonstrate that the request was handled and prevent abuse.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible, such as in a restricted backup, we isolate it and stop other uses until deletion is possible.

9. Storage location and international processing

Our first-party analytics service is hosted in the People’s Republic of China. If you use the app from another country or region, relevant information may be transferred to and processed in mainland China. We apply reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures under applicable law and, where required, obtain additional consent or provide other safeguards.

10. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, access controls, data minimization, and server-side security measures. The random installation identifier is stored in Apple’s Keychain. Despite reasonable safeguards, no network transmission or storage method is completely secure.

11. Children’s privacy

Super Flip Clock does not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s name, contact details, or precise location through our analytics service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. Once verified, we will process or delete it as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our features, processing, or legal obligations change. We post the updated date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will also provide an in-app notice or another appropriate notice and obtain renewed consent where required.
